Staircase Theatre

Originally a hydro substation built in 1914, The Staircase is an community performance space named for its unique cast iron spiral staircase. The four story heritage building houses an intimate 67-seat live theatre with comfy seats and great acoustics, two unique rehearsal halls and an architecturally impressive cafe (home to Tapestry Bistro). A grassroots performance space that supports artists at all stages of their careers, The Staircase hosts theatre, improv workshops, independent film and more. There is ample on site parking with barrier-free access.
