A six-man, six-woman Ontario Superior Court jury yesterday found Hailemikael (Michael) Kassa, 25, guilty of second-degree murder in the January 2005 strangling death of Sonia Gaudet. Defence lawyer Christopher Hicks said an appeal is likely.
